With all the World Cup action underway it's a great time to remind the men in your life just how effective Callanetics is for them too.
When Callan was invited to Templehoff Airforce Base to teach Callanetics to the soldiers she was shocked at how difficult they found the exercises. As they attempted the Hip & Behind exercises they couldn't even lift their legs. One solider described her telling them "You're a bunch of Tinker Bells, powder puffs, mamby pambys". Of course they eventually all fell in love with Callan and her exercises. ‘God, this is incredible,’ one said. ‘It doesn’t seem like you’re doing anything. You’re not even moving!’.
