The Sun Newspaper gives Callanetics a score of 5 out 5 for effectiveness!!

Famous UK newspaper, The Sun, has given CALLANETICS® a score of 5 out of 5 for effectiveness! We're top of the bunch! Be sure to check out today's paper and their article about the best fitness crazes that started in the 80's. If you are in the London area you absolutely must take a class with Sarah: https://www.facebook.com/callaneticslondon

    Here's what they wrote:

IN 1986 the first Callanetics video was released, spawning a series that sold more than six million copies.
Created by fitness guru Callan Pinckney, Callanetics uses tiny, repetitive movements to target deep muscles, and claims to make you ten years younger in ten hours.
Famous fans back in the 1980’s included Sarah Ferguson. Duchess of York.
It looks easy and, as Sarah Coombes of Callanetics London shows me the positions, it appears she’s barely moving. It's only when I attempt to copy her that I realise just how hard I'll have to work.
The movements isolate individual muscles to help correct weakness and imbalance. It's so intense that after just five minutes I’m trembling with effort. Pitates and yoga fans would love this.
Sarah tells me one client recently cancelled a tummy tuck op after taking up Callanetics. I can see why.

    Score: 5 out 5
