Bio
I was first introduced to Callanetics in the '80s and have been practising the exercises ever since, as they're the only ones that don't hurt my back. I am also a Ballroom, Latin and Swing dance teacher. Callanetics classes complement the dance classes perfectly, improving balance, stability, proprioception and core strength. I am currently completing a Certificate III in Fitness with AIF, and plan to continue studying to become a Master Personal Trainer with a focus on the 50+ agegroup.
