Bio
I first did Callanetics in my livingroom with my mother, and I have been a devotee ever since. In 2015, I decided to become an instructor so that I could share this amazing program with others.
I will be starting a class at Sand Hills Community Wellness Center in Kendall Park, New Jersey. Please reach out to me so I can let you know when the first session will be beginning!
