Linda Shedden

Certified in September 2007, I've continually taught Callanetics™ classes in multiple community centres around Vancouver. I taught Callanetics™ classes at The Arbutus Club (an exclusive private members club) for over 10 years. In 2016, I was invited to LA to be a part of filming new Callanetics™ videos. In 2020, I added online classes to my offerings. In 2017 I also certified as a Pilates Instructor after completing over 1000 apprenticeship hours. In 2019, I certified as a Restorative Exercise Specialist™ through Nutritious Movement™.
