Bio
Qualified as a Callanetics Instructor in March 2008 and have been teaching thousands of classes since then. Experienced in teaching studio and Zoom either 1to1 as well as classes of various sizes. Teachings are further supported by my training and qualification as a Vinyasa /Ashtanga yoga teacher and practitioner in 2020
