I discovered Callanetics back in 1993 when the "Blue Book," was published in Hungary. I felt like this workout had been made just for me! It was love at first try, and still it is! :)
Previously — mainly in order to have a nice figure — I had tried various forms of exercise, such as jazz ballet, running, going to the gym, and swimming, but none of them truly captivated me at the time.
Callanetics shaped my body with astonishing speed and — to my great surprise back then — also had the "side effect" of transforming my soul!
