Description

The CALLANETICS exercise method is a total body conditioning workout. CALLANETICS uses a combination of mat work and ballet inspired leg work, precise positioning and tiny movements. Your muscles will be challenged but with movements that are gentle on the joints and super effective at strengthening and toning your muscles.
