I have practiced Callanetics for over 3 decades and decided last year to take the initiative and become an Instructor. I have a thriving Pilates business in Northumberland and adding Callanetics to my 'tool kit' has been such a bonus to my clients both individually, in class settings and in my rehab side of the business. My new class will start on Tuesday 14th April 2026 at East Ord Village Hall near Berwick upon Tweed.
