Training Terms of Service

The CALLANETICS® Instructor Training program is provided by Precious Peach Ltd., (“PPL”) under exclusive license from Callan Productions Corp. PPL is the exclusive licensee of the CALLANETICS® IP and uses the CALLANETICS® IP in connection with educational services relating to fitness classes.
CALLANETICS ® INSTRUCTOR LICENSING PROGRAM REGISTRATION PAYMENTS
By accepting these terms and conditions through the completion of your registration for a CALLANETICS® Instructor Training program (“Licensing Program”), selecting a payment method, and entering your payment information, you hereby authorize PPL to charge the selected payment method and the associated payment account you specified in your Licensing Program registration. PPL offers several payment methods you can use to register for a Licensing Program including, but not limited to, credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Available payment methods vary by country. You understand that by registering for a Licensing Program your payment information will be retained in your account in the event you want to authorize its use in connection with future transactions with PPL. Any coupon or promotional code for a discount off of the price of a Licensing Program session must be used at the time you pay for your original Licensing Program session. Coupon and promotional codes cannot be applied once a payment is made for a Licensing Program session.
PayPal. You can use the PayPal™ service to pay for your Licensing Program registration. It enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for purchases made using PayPal. Your credit card/bank numbers are not seen by PPL.
PayPal Process
If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will continue through the standard checkout process and then automatically proceed to PayPal.com to complete your transaction. CALLANETICS® INSTRUCTOR LICENSE INFORMATION
Participants who complete the CALLANETICS® Instructor Training will receive a CALLANETICS® Instructor License. This license grants you the non-transferable right to teach CALLANETICS® classes for up to one year (12 months from the date of competition of the training) and use the word CALLANETICS® on your individual class schedules. You are not permitted to represent CALLANETICS® in the press without prior written approval by PPL and may not teach or present CALLANETICS® at a conference or convention where continuing education credits are offered.
Upon completion of the training you will be enrolled in the Instructor Network for Callanetics™ (INC™). INC™ membership provides numerous benefits and resources in the areas of marketing, continuing education, community, and entrepreneurship. Your membership also allows you to teach CALLANETICS® classes for a lifetime so long as you remain a INC™ member. In addition, you will be granted a limited license to use CALLANETICS® trademarks and logos.
CANCELLATION POLICY
On-Demand Instructor Training: PPL has a no refund policy for all on-demand instructor trainings.
In-Person / LIVE Virtual Instructor training: If you cancel your registration within 30 days of the Instructor Training date, you may receive a refund upon written request. Please submit refund requests to info@callanetics.com. A $50 processing fee will apply. PPL may cancel due to circumstances beyond its control such as illness or accident of the CALLANETICS® Master Trainer, travel cancellations beyond our control or low enrolment. In that event, you will not be charged a processing fee for a date or location transfer or you may opt to receive a full refund of the cost of the training that was cancelled. However, in no event will PPL be responsible for travel expenses or losses resulted from the cancellation of the training.
LOCATION AND DATE TRANSFERS
If you book a live training and are unable to attend, you have one year (12 months) from the date you submitted your registration form (for the original instructor training) to transfer your fees to another instructor training (if space is available) by contacting us at info@callanetics.com. Please note that you cannot transfer your fees to another person. A $20 USD (subject to change) processing fee will be charged at the time of the transfer and you will incur any applicable increases in price. No credits or refunds will be issued if more than 12 months have passed since your original registration.
FITNESS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
PPL does not mandate that a participant in a CALLANETICS® Licensing Program have a professional certification or license. It is your responsibility to be informed of, comply with, or obtain any regulatory, tax, fitness or educational requirements, qualifications, certifications or licenses needed to conduct business or teach CALLANETICS® classes according to the laws and regulations where you conduct business or teach, or any requirements mandated by your employer.
SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
PPL and the training host facility may, in their sole discretion, decide to cancel a live training due to severe weather conditions. If a training is cancelled, the participants will be notified at the earliest possible time prior to the training and informed about their options relating to transfers and refunds. Participants should not take any risks to their safety to attend the training. In no event will PPL be held responsible for travel expenses incurred or lost due to severe weather conditions.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
In order to maintain the quality and value of the Licensing Program and the INC™ Program, PPL may provide your personal information, including, but not limited to your name and email address, to third-parties solely for the purpose of them sending you surveys and questionnaires on behalf of PPL. The provision of such information shall be governed by the CIT Terms and Conditions (Rev. Feb 14, 2025) PPL privacy policy, which is available on www.callanetics.com. By registering for a Licensing Program, you consent to PPL providing your personal information, as described above, to such third parties.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
HOW TO REMAIN AN ACTIVE CALLANETICS® INSTRUCTOR The CALLANETICS®
Instructor License is good for 12 months from date of training completion. Your first 12 months includes membership to the Instructor Network for Callanetics™ – INC™. After the first 12 months your INC™ membership will be automatically renewed at the current fee unless you cancel. Your license remains current as long as you remain a member.
If you cancel your INC™ membership and wish to resume teaching at a later date, you will be required to purchase and re-take the CALLANETICS® Instructor Training program. If discounts for re-training are available they will be displayed in your INC™ account. Or contact info@callanetics.com for further assistance.
If you fail or refuse to bring your License current and continue to teach CALLANETICS® classes you will be in violation of State and Federal trademark law and in breach of the limited license granted to you as part of your CALLANETICS® Instructor License.
